DEVELOPMENT OF MEASURES TO ACCOMMODATE COURIER OPERATIONS
Developed from the metropolitan Toronto Goods Movement Study of 1986, the Courier Operations Study involved two key objectives: minimizing the impact of courier operations on vehicular and pedestrian traffic; and, accommodating the needs of couriers concerning their goods pick ups and deliveries.
