BACKING ACCIDENT PREVENTION

Backing up accidents account for 10 to 40 percent of many companies' motor vehicle accidents, yet many defensive driving courses only touch on this problem. Companies need to develop special emphasis programs to address this problem. A key point to remember is that no single solution will prevent backing accidents. Parking and backing procedures are presented along with preventive tips to reduce backing up accidents.
