SIXTH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF ASPHALT PAVEMENTS. VOLUME 1. PROCEEDINGS
The papers are published that were presented at the Conference which focused on the latest developments in the analytical or mechanistic methods for the design of new pavements, reconstruction of existing ones and strengthening overlays. Results from destructive or non-destructive pavement tests and their use for model verification and design development were presented. The conference papers covered recycling of materials, material characterization and vehicle loading. Presentations on pavement management including design-related economic considerations were also made. Emphasis was laid on specific applications and implementation rather than on general concepts. The papers were presented at three sessions: Pavement Design and Materials; Pavement Performance and Evaluation; and Pavement Management and Rehabilitation.
