NORTHEAST CORRIDOR AIR TRAVEL COST ANALYSIS

On the basis of engineering models, this paper develops and presents Direct Operating Cost estimating relationships for commercial aircraft which are expected to be predominant in the Northeast Corridor during the 1970's. In addition, Indirect Operating Cost relationships are developed from a statistical examination of Northeast Corridor airline terminals.
