CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY AND ROAD ACCIDENT PREVENTION
KLINICKA FARMAKOLOGIJA I PREVENCIJA PROMETNE NEZGODE
Clinical pharmacology and traffic medicine are interdisciplinary fields having a wide scope of common activity. There undoubtedly exists a strong link between the epidemiology of road traffic accidents and the use of drugs. Certain drugs can strongly affect driving performance, and this is acknowledged by the law. This paper gives a list of drugs which can in any way affect a driver's ability to act accurately in traffic. The advantages and disadvantages of such a list are commented upon. (TRRL)
