ACCIDENT INVOLVEMENT OF THE YOUNG DRIVER
Statistically, young drivers are involved in more accidents per head, and per kilometre driven, than older age groups; and young men are more involved than young women. Reasons for this are sought by analysing the driving task, the vehicles driven and the social and psychological factors involved in young driver accidents. /TRRL/
