Review of the Fuel Quality Standards Act 2000
On 28 April 2016 the Australian Government received the final report from the review of the Fuel Quality Standards Act 2000. The Act was shown to have led to a quantifiable reduction in the level of pollutants and emissions arising from the use of fuel that may cause environmental and health problems. The report made a number of recommendations, including retaining and amending the Act.
