Minsk : a trolleybus city

The Belarus capital has the world's second largest trolleybus system and also is home to one of the major manufacturers of the breed. Chris Veasey has been to see both and explains why this undertaking has a low peak vehicle utilisation rate that would make British operators' eyes water.
