Keeping Balance: Maintaining the Strong Cycling Culture of Central and Eastern Europe

The Mobile 2020 project was created to boost cycling levels in small and medium-sized communities in Central and Eastern Europe. This report summarizes Mobile 2020's accomplishments, assesses the current state of everyday cycling in the region, and proposes ways to increase its popularity among younger travelers.
