A STUDY ON FATIGUE DURABILITY OF CFRP GRID INSTALLED RC SLABS AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ADHESIVE

CFRP格子筋を用いた下面増厚補強RC床版の接着剤の効果および耐疲労性の評価

This study evaluates the reinforcing methods of reinforced concrete (RC) slabs using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer-Grid(CFRP-grid)installed with Polymer Cement Mortar(PCM)on bottom surface of the RC slab. And evaluates effectiveness of effective height of CFRP-grid in experiments specimens. Then, no reinforced standard RC slab for comparing to other reinforced RC slabs. As the results, No changed effective height specimen was 3.8 times stronger than the standard, and changed effective height specimen was 8.1 times stronger than the standard. And no changed effective height and applied adhesive specimen was 19.2 times. Finally, changed effective height and applied adhesive specimen has the ratio of number of cycles was 22.7. The reinforcement of CFRP grid installed with epoxy adhesives at effective height position was the most effective to improve of fatigue durability for the RC slab. This reinforced material is practical.本研究はCFRP格子筋を既設床版下面に直接設置する、下面増厚補強と増厚層内にCFRP格子筋を配置した下面増厚補強法における耐疲労性を評価した。その結果、同一寸法を有するRC床版に比して、CFRP格子筋を用いた供試体は3.8倍、増厚層内にCFRP格子筋を用いた供試体は8.1倍の補強効果が得られた。また、接着剤を増厚界面に塗布した供試体においてもそれぞれ19.2倍、22.7倍の補強効果が得られた。とくに増厚層内にCFRP格子筋を配置した下面増厚補強法は、耐疲労性が大幅に向上する結果が得られ、実用的な材料である。
