Predicting Consumers' Behavioral Intention of Adopting Green Logistics Service Providers
This study aimed to evaluate the relationships among attitude toward green practices of logistics service providers (LSPs), attitude toward adopting green logistic service providers (GLSPs), and behavioral intention of adopting GLSPs in a consumer perspective. A survey of 201 consumers in Taiwan was carried out, using factor analysis and structural equation modelling. The results indicated that attitude toward adopting GLSPs had positive influence on behavioral intention of adopting GLSPs. Furthermore, the research suggested that attitude toward green practices of LSPs cannot always directly influence behavioral intention of adopting GLSPs, through a positive attitude toward adopting GLSPs, consumers will have positive behavioral intention of adopting GLSPs.
