Smart Mobility Project, ZEM2ALL
Zero Emissions Mobility to ALL (ZEM2ALL) is a field operational program of energy management for EV (Electronic Vehicle) in Spain. This program is the international joint project of Spain and Japan. It is continued to the end of 2015. The authors, ZEM2ALL consortium composed of companies, municipalities and government agencies which have introduced some kind of EVs, chargers, on-board equipment and central management system into Malaga-City, Spain. Then by using their environment, the authors try to study EV usage statistics and control their charging behavior to optimize energy consumption of EVs.
