FUNDAMENTAL PROPERTIES FOR GRASS-PLANTING BASE OF POROUS CONCRETE WITH THREE-COMPONENT-BLENDED ECO-BINDER
3成分系エコバインダーを適用したポーラスコンクリートの緑化基盤材としての用途を想定した基礎物性
In this study, experimental investigations were conducted to evaluate fundamental properties of porous concrete (POC) with three-component-blended eco-binder (3EB), which is composed of blast furnace slag, gypsum dihydrate, and calcium hydroxide, on the assumption that the POC with 3EB would be applied as grass-planting base. The main results obtained are as follows: 1) compressive strength of the POC with 3EB tends to be larger than that of POC with conventional cement, under the same conditions in kind of aggregate, binder-water ratio, and void ratio; and 2) application of 3EB to POC is effective in shortening a period for dealkalization of the POC. Furthermore, it was also shown that improving water-retentive and evaporative performances of aggregate is effective in enhancing those of the POC for grass-planting base.高炉スラグ微粉末、二水石膏および水酸化カルシウムから成る3成分系エコバインダー(3EB)を適用したポーラスコンクリート(POC)に関して、主にその緑化基盤材としての用途を想定した基礎物性について実験的検討を行った。その結果として、①3EBを適用したPOCの圧縮強度は、骨材種類、結合材水比および空隙率が一定であれば、通常のセメントを用いた場合に比して大きくなる傾向にあること、②3EBのPOCへの適用は、脱アルカリ処理期間短縮に有効であること等が示された。また、緑化基盤用POCにおいてはその保水・蒸発性能を骨材に期待するのが良策であると判断され、3EBと適切な骨材とを併用することで良好な保水・蒸発性能を付与できることを示した。
