New Freight Transport Products under Separation of Railway Passenger and Freight Lines

This paper studies the freight transport demands under separation of passenger and freight traffic, analyzes the potential freight market and gets inspiration from it, and indicates four strategies when developing railway freight product as follows: function innovation, formal innovation, structure innovation, and layout innovation. Finally, it analyzes the structure of freight product combination and proposes the combination in the form of a certain line condition and transport ability.
