Analyze the Problem of Investment and Financing for Building Urban Bus Station
Presently, the development of the city doesn't pay enough attention to building bus stations. Fund raising has some difficulty; it is an obstacle to the development of public transport. Through the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional investment and financing way, puts forward to bus station investment and financing system reform. From the domestic and foreign experience, determine the direction of the reform. According to the actual situation, combined with "people-oriented" concept, gradually completing the investment and financing system of marketization reform. Base on the model of investment of urban infrastructure, this paper discusses the characteristics of various models, analysis and comparison for bus station of the investment and financing mode, find suitable ways with the situation of China of the investment and financing methods, for the success of the bus station construction provided protection.
