Review of "A Guide to Improving School Transport Safety"

This report discusses a review of a guide and a set of school transportation safety documents published by SCOTS and Transport Scotland in 2010. Telephone interviews were conducted in Scotland to determine how the safety documents were utilized since their publication. Major themes were identified regarding how the documents were perceived, how they were used, and how they could be improved. In addition, whether or not the guide had led to implementation of school safety policies was determined.
