Climate Change and Landslide Hazard and Risk - A Scottish Perspective
This report examines the likelihood of landslide events in Scotland in the context of future climate change. Current climate information, recent climate trends in Scotland, and the UKCP09 and UKCIP02 climate change forecasts are discussed in order to get a better picture of climate change trends. The results of this analysis are then integrated into the potential of future landslides; and a risk assessment for Scottish landslides is offered.
