Another trial for safe driving support by UTMS Japan
Though UTMS JAPAN had researched mainly for a sensor-based "warning system", which employs sensors to detect risk factors to inform drivers of possible dangers for safe driving, the system had not been widely applied yet due to some difficult issues. Hence, UTMS JAPAN made a different approach and proposed a new system: an "attention attracting system" to avoid such issues, and carried out a field test. Reflecting results of the test, UTMS JAPAN proposed a new system and has been preparing for the next field test now.
