Getting value when purchasing roadmarking services: a discussion

This discussion attempts to provide a simple process to assist road controlling engineers to gain a better understanding of the options available for maximizing the return on investment for monies spent with roadmarking contractors. A change from being "demand-driven" to being "value-driven" is required where the real value of the roadmarkings is understood, the options available to provide the required value are understood and expenditure of money, time and emotions are focused on achieving best return on investment.
