Final report : heritage assessment : road remnants, Waterfall Way (St Helena Creek & Four Mile Creek Bridge Sites)

The proposed works to replace Four Mile Creek Bridge and St Helena Bridge on the Waterfall Way, east of Armidale involve the construction of new bridges upstream of the extant structures and road realignment works to improve the approaches to each bridge. This document provides supporting documentation for the bridge replacement. It should be read in conjunction with 'Statement of heritage impact: proposed replacement of St Helena Creek & Four Mile Creek Bridges' and 'Statement of Heritage impact:steel & concrete culvert, Waterfall Way (near St Helena Creek Bridge).
