The objective of the project is creating a methodology for the environmental and economic evaluation of fossil motor fuels and biofuels, which will be used for the proposal to introduce a CO2 tax in the area of mobile sources of pollution on the basis of analysis of life cycle assessment (LCA-Life Cycle Assessment) analysis and evaluation of the economic costs in the life cycle (LCCA-Life Cycle Cost Assessment) to create.
