Dimensions of Innovation and Quality Training to the Transportation Talent
The spirit of the 21st century is innovation, and innovation can not be accomplished without the involvement of innovative people. For this reason, teachers should try to cultivate students' innovation qualities in classroom teaching. This paper discusses that classroom teaching must cultivate students' innovation qualities. This is based on seven dimensions of transport innovation and quality training of personnel, including: ideological dimension, the concept of dimension, theoretical dimension, moral dimension, the method dimension, contextual dimension, and practical dimension.
