Based on the Theory of Catastrophe Ultra-Shallow Railway Tunnel Construction Process of Numerical Simulation
This paper presents the engineering background of the new railway construction of the Ning Xi-line Xi'an to Nanyang ShiYao ditch No.1 tunnel segments. Based on the railway tunnel engineering, there are ultra-shallow buried areas throughout the complex and there are varied geological conditions like silty clay layer and weak rock breaking, which introduces catastrophe theory of cusps mutation modes for analysis. In order to tip point mutations model soil nonlinear constitutive model equations that are combined with large finite element software “MIDAS” and the user-defined material constitutive model USERMAT interface as the foundation, V - Fortran programming language to deduce the soil of cusps mutations of non-linear constitutive model that write subroutines in secondary development are used. These programs also build a dynamic link database file through the model of the interface program embedded finite element software that realized the cusps mutations constitutive model of the secondary development through the finite element numerical simulation analysis and dynamic construction process. In order to keep core soil, the height of steps and steps method initial spray the anchor net supporting structure as the research object and compare the different steps of excavation height, anchor in length, and nets gush concrete thickness cases of surrounding rock mechanics characteristics. Research results directly guide the railway tunnel construction process and supporting measures of improving and optimizing the corresponding control measures.
