AN ILLUSTRATED DISCUSSION SHOWS TYPES OF ALL KINDS OF EQUIPMENT PECULIAR TO ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND TRACING THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN IMPROVED ROAD WORK, LOWERED COST AND MACHINERY DEVELOPMENT.
