NEW MATERIALS FOR SHIPBUILDING
The book describes the principal properties of a large number of new and very new technical materials for domestic and foreign industry, including materials for shipbuilding, ship machinebuilding and instrument-making. An examination is made of relatively well-known shipbuilding materials and also those materials that thus far have not been used, but that can find application in the very near future ( micrometals, electroluminescent enamels, intermetallide alloys, etc. ).
