THE STRENGTH AND STRAIN PROPERTIES OF CONCRETE SPECIMENS WATER HELD BY PASTES WITH LOW WATER/CEMENT RATIOS WAS FLEXURAL LOADING. THE TESTS ARE CARRIED OUT IN A MACHINE WHICH ALLOWS THE CONTROL OF STRAIN RATE AND STRAIN DISTRIBUTION ACROSS THE SPECIMENS. STRAIN GAUGES ARE USED TO RECORD THE CONCRETE DEFORMATIONS. /RRL/
