THE RESULTS ARE PRESENTED OF AN EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF TESTS WHICH ARE USED FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE TENSILE STRENGTH OF CONCRETE. IN THE LIGHT OF THE FINDINGS, THE CYLINDER SPLIT TEST IS RECOMMENDED AS THE ONE MOST SUITABLE FOR DETERMINING THE TENSILE STRENGTH OF CONCRETE. /RRL/A/
