Nichtlineare und dynamische Effekte bei der FE-Simulation. Auswirkung auf die Lebensdauer / Consideration of non-linear and dynamic effects in FE-simulations - life time effects
Die Bauteilbeanspruchungen mehraxial schwingend belasteter Bauteile werden fuer die Lebensdauerberechnung im Allgemeinen durch eine statische, lineare FE-Simulation ermittelt. Wegen der geschilderten Problematik muss das FE-Modell so realitaetsnah wie moeglich aufgebaut werden. Dies bedeutet, dass neben der hinreichenden Netzqualitaet und Diskretisierung auch nichtlineare Effekte, wie Randbedingungen mit Kontakt und dynamische Einfluesse, wie zum Beispiel Massentraegheiten bewegter Bauteile, zu beruecksichtigen sind. (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The example of a swivel hub shows that the consideration of contact and preloaded bolted joints in a static FE-analysis has a substantial effect on fatigue life prediction. By neglecting these non-linear effects the redicted fatigue critical location differs from that determined in Woehler tests. In addition it was observed that in the operating load simulation test, inertia forces occur in consequence of accelerations. The applied inertia relief method considers these effects and shows in the unit load analysis advantages in relation to the conventional method. Beyond it the component is not subjected to any stiffening boundary conditions and the MBS-signals can be considered for all connecting points in the fatigue life simulation. (A)
