Erstellung von 3D-Modellen fuer Verkehrsinfrastrukturprojekte zur Planungskontrolle und -visualisierung / Creation of 3D Models for Checking and Visualisation in Infrastructural Projects

Planungen von Verkehrsinfrastrukturprojekten haben erhebliche Auswirkungen auf ihr Umfeld. Bereits in fruehen Planungsphasen koennen raeumliche Modelle aus Entwurfsdaten erstellt und betrachtet werden. Die Auswertung dieser Modelle kann direkt in den Optimierungsprozess der weiteren Planung einfliessen. In der Genehmigungsplanung liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Darstellung der Vorhabensauswirkungen. Da Entwurfsdaten fuer nicht einschlaegig sachverstaendige Buerger oder Verwaltungen schwer nachvollziehbar sein koennen, haben sich zu Darstellungs- und Praesentationszwecken Visualisierungen der Baumassnahmen bewaehrt. Der Beitrag gibt einen Ueberblick ueber den aktuellen Stand der Technik zum Erstellen von komplexen 3D-Modellen und deren Auswertungen in der Planung. Hierbei werden Visualisierungen verschiedener Formen dargestellt. Dabei werden die geplante Baumassnahme und der Bestand mit Bebauungen und Bewuchs wiedergegeben. (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: Planned traffic infrastructural projects have considerable effects on their environment. Now, spatial models deriving from planning data can be created and looked at in early stages of planning. The analysis of these models can be integrated into the optimisation process for following planning stages. The focus of approval planning lies on presenting the consequences of the project. Due to the complexity of the planning data which can be hard to understand by the lay public, either citizens or administrations, visualisations of the construction measures have proved to be ideal for presentations. The article gives an overview on the current development of the creation of complex 3D-models and their analysis for planning. For this, different types of visualisation, containing planned construction measures and existing features like buildings and vegetation, are presented. (A)
