AN ESTIMATE OF THE VEHICLE TIME SAVE ANNUALLY BY THE VIADUCT BETWEEN NEWARK AND JERSEY CITY WAS GIVEN. BEFORE AND AFTER STUDIES WERE MADE, INCLUDING ECONOMIC STUDIES. DAILY TRAFFIC WAS TABULATED.
