Two-Man Steering: Interactions between Drive and Guide

Vehicles are usually steered by one person. In certain conditions the driver can only steer with outside guidance such as embarking ferries, parking heavy goods vehicles, and maneuvering in difficult situations. In military conditions, poor visibility, or during the night, a non-detectable system of guidance is desired. This paper will review the basic hypothesis that the optimal display of symbolic codings must be efficient as a simulation of the actual means of guidance.
