THE PLYMOUTH EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR SHIPPING

The paper describes the main features of a nautical studies degree with a major option in maritime transport, with emphasis on a post-graduate diploma in shipping management. The contents of a proposed text-book in maritime economics are summarized. Order from NSFI as No. 17317.
