LEARNING FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS. A PROMISE FOR THE FUTURE
As a result of an extensive and detailed study of 177 subjects, the exploration of why, how and where improvement in performance of basic skills occurs is discussed. The implications of this for work standards, training, and selection personnel are considered.
