Measuring Work Zone Capacity - Part 2
This project had two major objectives: i) to determine traffic throughput on highways at work zones in Southern Ontario during forced flow conditions, and; ii) based on the estimates of different throughput values, refine model output for evaluation of user delay costs at work zones. Part 1 of the report contains the analysis and recommendations, Part 2 contains the data collected from 11 sites over two construction seasons.
