Feasibility of using no-passing-zone signs on two-lane highways in Virginia

The Department had placed no-passing-zone signs on selected routes at numerous narrow bridge delineations, and was considering use of the signs on all two-lane primary routes. Because accident and cost data for Virginia were limited, information was compiled from evaluations conducted in other states.
