The Glossary of Austroads Terms includes terms and definitions relevant to Austroads members and others involved in the road and transport industry. It covers terms and definitions found in publications about pavement and materials technology, bridge technology, asset management, heavy vehicle operation (as it applies to road and bridge infrastructure), road safety, traffic management, traffic engineering, and transport planning and economics. The terms, and their definitions, will be continually checked and new terms, or definitions, included as necessary. (a)
