A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE TYPES OF ROADWAY DECK FOR HIGHWAY BRIDGES
The paper is concerned with the structural design of highway bridge decks and the structural support system. With increasing span of bridges so the weight of the deck system becomes critical. With this as primary constraint various types of bridge deck systems have been developed and are studied in this paper in relation to different bridge spans. /TRRL/
