AIRFIELD COMPACTION UPDATE, 1977
The effect of vibratory rollers on density or asphalt pavements, and the positive features of vibratory compactors which outweigh any identifiable problems are discussed and the capability of achieving density when used properly and in most cases produce a smooth pavement surface are demonstrated.
