REVISED WEIGHTING OF CVS/CH TEST RESULTS FOR CO VEHICLE EMISSION FACTORS

Revised weighting factors are derived that can be used to correct present Federal Test Procedure (FTP) CO data to improve the correspondence with the central city problem. These factors have been applied to a variety of (FTP) vehicle data. It is found that the corrected CO emissions are not too different from the CO emissions calculated by the present FTP for precontrol cars and for pre-1975 cars. /EI/
