Screener Readiness Test-Validation Pilot Testing
The Screener Readiness Test is a computer-based assessment instrument being developed to test new checkpoint screener candidates after they have been given their initial training. The instrument's computer interface was evaluated as part of the validation process and found to be relatively easy to use. Several revisions needed for the interface are described before the full-scale validation is undertaken.
