Optimizing Websites Opens World of Opportunity for Motorcoach Operators
This article describes how motor coach operators who develop websites for their companies reap the benefits of increased visibility. The author describes Bellair Charters of Ferndale, Washington, which developed a company website ten years ago and has graduated to a content management system, which allows the company to add customer-oriented tools to their site including up-to-the-minute updates on its airport shuttle service. The author points out that a company website does more than provide convenience for customers; it can tap into new customers who no longer rely on the phone, but use the Internet and email for business. The author also describes ways in which various firms have upgraded their websites in recent years.
