The Development Impacts of Highway Interchanges in Major Urban Areas: Case Study Findings
Using a case study approach, this paper explores the results of new highway interchanges in various urban areas. Lessons learned and differing impacts are discussed. In some cases economic impacts are significant, either positive or negative, and in other cases there were little or no discernible economic impacts.
