Interface Control Document for the Traffic Lights and Emergency Communications System at Gretna and Governor Nicholls Traffic Light Facilities

The purpose of this Interface Control Document (ICD) is to define the functional characteristics required to exist to ensure compatibility between Gretna and Governor Nicholls Light facilities and the Vessel Traffic Center (VTC) at New Orleans, Louisiana.
