NOISE PREVENTION MEASURES ON URBAN EXPRESSWAYS IN THE ILE DE FRANCE. ATEC SEMINAR 25TH - 26TH APRIL 1977

REALISATIONS ANTIBRUIT SUR LES VOIES RAPIDES URBAINES EN ILF DE FRANCE JOURNEES ATEC DES 25-26 AVRIL 1977

This article describes the different noise prevention devices used in the Paris region: Rockery at Hay les Roses, acoustic covering on the B6 at Kremlin-Bicetre, acoustic screen on the A4 at Champigny, noise barriers on the Regie Autonome des Transports Parisiene (RATP), soil embankments on the a4 and the main north route, structures on the western and northern ring roads, structures along the A86 at gennevilliers on the g14 expressway (nanterre). Costs are quoted. Noise barrier materials presented at the ATEC exposition are also described. /TRRL/
