VDOT Integral Bridge Design Guidelines

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) developed a set of guidelines to address the design and detailing of jointless bridges. These guidelines address structural aspects and constructibility issues. Structural details are provided for incorporation into contract plans, and a commentary is provided to aid the designer in the selection and design of several types of jointless bridges.
