This report presents a summary of the various traffic safety bills that were considered by state legislatures during the 2007 legislative sessions. It also relates information about existing traffic safety issues. The categories of traffic safety considered include: Occupant Protection, Impaired Driving, Distracted Driving, Driver’s Licensing, Aggressive Driving, Speed Limits, Automated Enforcement, Motorcycle Safety, School Bus Safety, and Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety.
