Laserscanner for ADAS applications in passenger cars and trucks

Driver assistance systems for both, passenger cars and trucks, have made much progress throughout the past few years. Laser scanners have proven to meet the requirements for serving as their sensor backbone. This article illuminates the potential of automotive laser scanners designed to serve advanced driver assistance systems on passenger cars and on trucks. For the covering abstract see E134653.
