Development of New Railway Track Control System (TOSMA) Based on Convergence Theory. Volume 4: Transport Management
A new track control system called TOkaido Shinkanses track MAnagement system (TOSMA) is developed on the computer operated with WINDOWS based on the “Convergence Theory of Track Irregularity.” The system controls track irregularities in 20m lots and it decides necessary measures on the screen with the use of related information in windows.
