Effects of the Recent Charges in the Singapore Road Pricing Scheme. Volume 3: Transport Policy
The Singapore Area Licensing Scheme has recently been extended to cover the whole day, with a lower fee charged for entering the Central Business District (CBD) during the mid-day hours. A panel survey was conducted to evaluate the impact of the change on motorists’ behavior. Changes in the mode, frequency, time of travel and the type of license were analyzed. A binary license choice model was estimated.
