Siting of Multimodal Transport Platforms and Evaluation of Their Economic Effects. Volume 3: Transport Policy
The paper presents a new formulation of the multi-objective procedure that compares and classifies the projects by means of an algorithm and presents a two fold advantage: firstly, excluding all recourse to value judgments, it proposes a ranking based on the deviation from the ideal solution to normalize the measures of objective attainment and, secondly, it combines the final evaluation with a cost-benefit analysis to obtain a series of stability functions.
